Who does not socialize at their work?



I encourage all the readers to start to socialize with their teams! The benefits are endless! What is even inspiring is that socializing can enable stronger customer service. For instance, Monica stated strong alliances are formed. I continually look for new ways to meet demand constraints (Monica, 2018). With the help and collaboration of other departments, the solution is closer! This means better decision-making, results, productivity, and profitability. Networking has been so easy and a great way to find better ways to identify underlying gaps. A person from customer service collaborating with the information technology department can create user friendly interfaces!

The next time there are team recognitions…please take the time to acknowledge achievements! This helps to keep the motivation going. Please share your team recognitions and personal achievements.

Great ideas need to be shared because they can increase team dynamic. It is important to help new recruits in today’s changing workplace. Roles are incorporating digital savvy technologies and experience in systems can help! Being polite can have a lasting impact on new recruits. Adding value by making their roles easier helps with the transition phase.

According to Alan’s article called: 5 Reasons Social Connections Can Enhance Your Employee Wellness Program, he emphasizes a direct correlation between socialization and increased employee performance (Kohll, 2018). In my perspective, I agree with Alan because working in a positive atmosphere activates performance. With a positive attitude comes a healthier lifestyle! Next time your socializing try implementing a team gathering spot. This spot can be an area which inspires communication and friendships!

It fits well with today’s average workers. We spend most of our time working!

We all need to find the time to be able to collaborate. Working can be fun when implementing team meetings, team sport events, and informal meetings. I have experimented with sporting events and the team dynamic is incredible! For some sports brings the group together and discussions can easily be implemented towards the meeting. There must be a voice to have frequent activities to foster healthier relationships. Honestly, the team was able to understand cross functional skill sets, departmental knowledge, and networking opportunities! As you can see the benefits are boundless!
