Organization Is Key!

organized. Here is your task: Examine your company organization strategy. Post

Empowering employees from all types of roles allows
for better decision-making process. In my perspective talented professionals
are being recruited for a reason. They come from a wealth of experience,
accreditation, and respected networking. According to Kevin, he stated the
brainstorming technique which I think is similar to Alex Osbornes Creative
Problem-Solving Model. It encourages open communication. There is no right or
wrong. Everyone has the right to voice their idea and solutions are tested for
feasibility. It is that simple! Organizations are built around customers. Kevin
believes it is a good idea to allow customers to provide the problems and not
the solutions. A well diversified team can produce viable solutions (Schulte,
2012). I reflect to this and it really works! Really taking the time using
actively listening strategies allows members to think outside the box.
Ensure your customers are heard by documenting
requests and tracking their concerns.
I am certain David’s point on being clear on member
responsibilities is prevalent in any team! He stated everyone needs to
know their roles and seek clarity when not clear. To be able to succeed,
everyone inputs their efforts (Wee, 2007). This turns to a turbine effect which
empowers members to amplify their strengths. Members learn from each other
which creates a pool of learning opportunities. I have detected a pattern in
the workplace even the new recruits are able to adapt quickly because of better
organization. The focus is real and exhilarating to achieve the main goal.
There should be a sense of accountability and acting with integrity. Performance individually and overall as a
team should be recognized and accounted for.
I reflect in time when organization was taught in gym
class. I remember basketball coaching sessions! It all starts with a team
building exercise. Then it means assigning member roles according to their
skill sets. Later with a strategy in place taking into every member strengths.
Basketball has taught me and many players how to implement sheer teamwork,
time-management, and discipline to succeed.
Overall there is a cohesive unit on the court striving for excellence!
